Audio Power Amplifiers.

At our facilities we have a few different poweramplifiers for general use in our facilities, and we've choosen to use mostly "normal" consumer poweramplifiers which we have tested and found to fullfill most requirements.

  • 2 ch. Pioneer A616 - usable in the freq.range from 4Hz to about 80kHz, these amplifiers ave been modified with calibrated gainsettings of -10, 0, 10 and 20dB gain.
  • 2 ch. Pioneer A656 - for general purpose use, with specifications similar Pioneer A616, but NO calibrated gainsettings.
  • 6 ch. Rotel RB 976 mkII - for general purpose with lower effect than the Pioneer's but also lower noise. We are using a number of these amplifiers to drive the speaker in our Low Frequency Cabin
  • 2 ch. Amcron ???? high power amplifier, with very high signal to noise ratio.
  • 2 ch. Amcron Geodyne 1, high power amplifier.
  • 1 ch. B&K 2706 – poweramplifier for mini-shakers, speakers etc, with freq.range down to 0Hz (dc)
  • 1 ch. B&K 2712 – poweramplifer for low-freq use (shakers, low-freq.speakers) down to 0Hz (dc)
  • 2 ch. Yamaha StagePass 300 - 100W/ch Powermixer
  • 2 ch. Behringer PMH-1000 - 2x 200W or 1x 400W Powermixer
  • Headphone Poweramplifiers – we have different types from Behringer, Miniamp800, HA-903, HA-4000 & HA-4004, and Fostex PH-5.
